By booking a service with A2Z Chauffeurs, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern your use of our website, your bookings, and the services we provide.
A2Z Chauffeurs provides professional chauffeur and transfer services including airport transfers, long-distance travel, corporate travel, and executive group transport across Cardiff and the UK. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
We operate a modern fleet of 4 to 7 seater executive vehicles and offer a premium door-to-door experience. Minibus and group transfers may be available upon request.
Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website. A booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us via email or text message.
Please ensure all details provided during booking (pickup time, location, number of passengers, luggage amount, etc.) are accurate. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in service delays or cancellations.
Advanced bookings are recommended, especially for airport transfers and long-distance journeys.
Prices are quoted based on the journey details provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, out-of-hours travel, or unexpected route changes.
Payment can be made in advance or on the day of travel, subject to agreement. We accept bank transfers and secure card payments through trusted third-party providers.
We offer a grace period of 15 minutes for standard pickups and 60 minutes for airport pickups (after actual landing time). After that, waiting time charges may apply.
We monitor flight arrivals and aim to adjust pickup times accordingly. However, we are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, traffic incidents, or airport delays.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow the driver’s instructions during the journey. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or use of illegal substances in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or behaving in a threatening or abusive manner. Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will result in charges for repair or cleaning.
Please inform us in advance if you are travelling with large or excessive luggage. Our vehicles have limited luggage capacity, and we may not be able to accommodate unannounced items.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during transit.
Child seats are available on request. It is the passenger’s responsibility to request these at the time of booking and ensure correct fitting. You may also bring and fit your own child seats if preferred.
While we take all reasonable measures to ensure a smooth and safe journey, A2Z Chauffeurs is not liable for missed flights, appointments, or losses due to circumstances beyond our control.
We are fully insured for public liability and vehicle coverage. However, passengers are advised to arrange their own travel insurance for additional protection.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
